Fetch the latest instance of a model asset in a flow.
Retrieve artifact data from a model asset registered with register_model(). Returns: The model artifact data
Only works for artifact-based models. For external models (checkpoints, HuggingFace, etc.), use prj.asset.consume_model_asset() and load from the returned blobs.
