- PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The State of Data Science and AI Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 24, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. CDT and ends on July 12, 2024 at 11:59 a.m. CDT (the “Promotion Period”).
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Anaconda, Inc. (“Anaconda” or “Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these terms (the “Official Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.
- ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you accept these Official Rules and agree that the decisions of Anaconda’s interpretation and application of these Official Rules shall be final and binding in all respects.
- PRIZES: The prize is a $100 USD Amazon gift card. Five (5) prizes will be awarded (the “Winners”).
- HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by completing the State of Data Science and AI 2024 survey and providing your email address. The survey can be found on the following website at [https://anaconda.surveymonkey.com/r/2024SODS]. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
- WINNER SELECTION: The Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted one (1) week after the Promotion Period by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
- PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.anaconda.com/privacy-policy/.
